This Site is controlled and operated by the Center for Biotechnology from its offices at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook NY. This Agreement shall governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the state of New York, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed stricken from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
